Thirst traps have pretty much taken over the Internet. It used to be that thirst traps were only posted on special occasions on Instagram, but now they’re everywhere.
Even Twitter has thirst traps on it, and that should just be a place where people go to post horrible takes about current events to get ratioed. So, yeah, I’m over them.
On the other hand, Dwyane Wade:
For his 39th birthday, the NBA champion posted a pic of himself naked on Insta with wife Gabrielle Union just barely covering up the important bits. She looks very happy, and from what we can see of Wade’s incredible body, I think I know why. He is aging very, very well.
In the caption, he wrote, “Birthday behavior 39 is already looking up” with a bunch of emojis that insinuated his nudity was more functional than aesthetic. You know, good for them. People were pretty supportive in the comments, because if there’s one day everyone gets a thirst trap pass, it’s on a birthday:
The only criticism came from inside the family. The children did not like seeing their parent’s business online.

Obviously, her parents run her account, which in a way makes it even weirder. Does Wade think he’s in a midlife crisis? If so, he better post some more nudes to channel his anxiety. Immediately.
